As part of the creation of a platform to enable a drive to transform digital procurement at the at Mondelez International, we had two objectives. First, creating one central data repository (HANA) to house purchase order transactions and invoice transactions. And second, a way to visualize and support the analysis (Tableau) leveraging all data elements relevant to these transactions. Learn how we supported a standard solution to drive business process efficiencies, with the end result of cost savings and cash generation across our global operation.
