In customer advocacy, we are responsible for sharing customer insights throughout the organization. Tableau has allowed us to broadly disseminate these insights to make them part of every key decision. In this session, you will learn about leveraging Tableau to share insights from surveys, and also about incorporating behavioral data as a supplement to survey data for maximum impact. Best practices will be shared for NPS, Likert scales, weighting, filters, and stories—all with the goal of helping non-technical users identify insights that lead to improvements in the customer experience.
