Last year at TC17, I outlined 10 basic steps, from data inception to decision point. Most of the feedback and questions I received were related to one step, “Communicate and Educate.” I realized that organizational change is a bigger issue that needs to be solved regardless of your level of planning, execution or delivery. While Tableau is Nationwide's current standard for data visualization, we have a lot of departments that are having a difficult time moving from standard reporting to visual analysis. I will share the three key areas we have utilized to drive organizational change successfully through most areas of the company: education, community and support.
