Knowledge available in all shapes and sizes
Learn more than you thought possible in just four days. Take your pick of over 600 hours of sessions with valuable learning opportunities organized by track, level, and type. Not sure what’s what or how to find the sessions you want? Keep reading below for information about the different session types offered depending on your learning style and interests.
Hour-long, lecture-style presentations are led by Tableau employees, customers, partners, sponsors, and Zen Masters. Breakout sessions are organized by level and track. We also have mini breakout sessions that feed your data curiosity in just 30 minutes.
Hands-on trainings are two-hour, classroom-style sessions led by expert Tableau trainers. You will be guided step-by-step through lessons on a Tableau-provided computer. Don’t wait—they fill up quickly, and they're consistently our highest attended and best rated sessions. Be sure to reserve your seat in advance on the conference app or website when available in October.
Watch sessions on your own schedule
The learning doesn’t stop when the event wraps. Tableau keynotes and most breakout sessions are available to watch after the event on Tableau Conference Live. Hold study groups with your company, or find a session that solves a nagging problem. Keep the culture of analytics alive until the next TC. Hands-on training workbooks and materials are even available to download to walk through exercises, practice your skills, or use as templates.
These exclusive full-day workshops are offered on Monday for Tableau Conference attendees. TC is the only opportunity to absorb the content of a traditional multi-day classroom training formatted as a one day workshop at a special price. Advance registration and additional fee are required. For more details, see the Training Workshop page. Secure your training when you purchase your conference ticket before they sell out.
Flaunt your skills with a Tableau Certification. These exams test your knowledge in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Upon passing, you’ll hold an official Tableau Certification title to shout your skills from the rooftop and your resume. Get certified at TC to lock in an exclusive discounted rate. Certification exams take place Monday and Thursday and advance registration is required. Registration is now open, so check out the Certification page for more details.
Meetups are a great way to find YOUR data people at TC18. Typically kicked off with a short presentation or discussion, these sessions provide plenty of time to connect and interact. Meetups start Monday October 22nd and continue throughout the week.
