Sorry, only one code may be used per attendee. Also, if we are in a discount period (Ex. "Early Bird") that doesn't require a code an additional discount code cannot be used to compound the discount. If your discount code offers a deeper discount than the current promotional offer, it will offer the less expensive option.
Scholarships are not available. However, government, non-profit, and education (students included) customers get a $600 discount off the full conference price using the following codes (no expiration date):

Conference fees for Tableau Conference 2018 will show up on your credit card statement as TABLEAU SOFTWARE INC.
For an additional copy of your receipt, simply email the Tableau Conference team with your request.
Tableau accepts all major credit cards at the time of registration. For conference tickets via the offline payment method, a form of payment is due within 48 hours of registration. All purchase orders must list Net 30 payment terms. If your offline payment is past due, Tableau reserves the right to cancel your purchase at any time upon notice to you. Conference tickets must be paid in full by the start of the event.
Absolutely. The more the merrier! You can purchase a Guest Pass during the registration process for $275 that covers admittance to the Welcome Reception (Monday, October 22) and Data Night Out customer party (Wednesday, October 24), which both include food and beverages. Please note: a Guest Pass is only valid for access to parties. It is not valid for admittance to any other conference-related activities.
Housing & Travel
Discounted hotel room rates have been secured at properties near the Ernest N Morial Convention Center for your convenience. Rates range between $269 and $309 per night, not including taxes. Hotels are located within two miles of the Convention Center with conference shuttle service available at most properties. Data Night Out is at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, with the Hyatt Regency Superdome right next door. To view a map of options, vist the hotel map.
To take advantage of these rates, you must make your hotel reservation through the hotel portal during or post-registration. If you reserve online or call the hotel directly, you will not be able to access conference room rates. Discounted rates are limited and subject to availability.

A credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation. Your card will be charged approximately 4 weeks prior to arrival only if the hotel you choose requires a one (1) night’s deposit. A credit card will be required at check in to pay for all guest room charges.
You will receive a hotel confirmation email within one (1) business day of completing your hotel reservation. Please note: the hotel will not receive reservations made with Tableau Conference until four weeks prior to arrival. Once the hotel has processed your booking you will be sent final reservation confirmation containing your hotel-based confirmation number. Until then, your reservation is secure with us.
Yes, for reservation changes the TC18 housing team is here to help and provide all the support you need. For new reservations, please access the TC18 discounted housing portal following your registration process.
The Tableau Conference team works with our hotel partners to secure discounted hotel options for attendees wishing to stay in New Orleans a little longer. Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations made over 90 days from the event (July 24, 2018) will be refunded the paid registration fee minus $100.
Cancellations made between 45 days and 90 days from the event (July 25, 2018 – September 7, 2018) will be refunded the paid registration fee minus $500. Cancellations made less than 45 days from the event are not eligible for any refunds. Read more here.
If the conference is cancelled, Tableau Software will refund the full registration fee within 90 days of cancellation. Tableau Software is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs. Conference cancellation requests should be emailed to theTableau Conference Operations team.
As soon as you receive your hotel confirmation email you can click on the available link provided in the email to easily modify or cancel your hotel reservation within the event registration until September 30, 2018. After September 30, 2018 please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservation. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy; be sure to review the specific deadlines as outlined in your hotel confirmation email. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Tableau Conference 2018 keynotes (excluding Adam Grant) and a select list of breakout sessions will be live streamed on the TC18 homepage Tuesday, October 22 through Wednesday, October 23. We will record the majority of the sessions and make them available on our YouTube channel 48 hours after the event. Hands-On Training and guest keynotes are not recorded, but you can access the materials used in Hands-On Trainings post-event.

Yes. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, Tableau uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Tableau, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. All videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.
